In a recent discovery, MySmartPrice noticed the FCC certification of the upcoming Wi-Fi and 5G variants of Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. While the certification revealed some key specifications of the tablets, Samsung accidentally confirmed the monikers of the highly anticipated Galaxy Tab S9 FE series tablets.

Let's delve into the details of this exciting revelation and the leaked specifications of the forthcoming tablets.

The names of the upcoming tablets were discovered on a dedicated page showcasing the key features of the Bixby assistant on Samsung's France website.

The eagle-eyed tipster, Roland Quandt, shared an image confirming the names of the tablets. Moreover, even a Google search result for Samsung India and Samsung Malaysia displayed the monikers of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series tablets.

A few days ago, the Tab S9 FE+ was spotted in the FCC certification with the model numbers SM-X610 and SM-X616B. The tablet is expected to come with 45W fast charging support, S-Pen compatibility, and keyboard support. The schematics in the FCC listing also confirm that the tablet will boast a dual-camera setup.

Previous renders and specifications shared by OnLeaks and Media Peanut suggest that the tablet might feature a 12.4-inch display and be powered by the in-house Exynos 1380 SoC. The device will also have a dual-speaker setup and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The upcoming tablet will have dimensions of 285.4 x 185.4 x 6.54 mm, and it is expected to have extremely thin bezels on the display, as seen in the CAD renders.

The leaked CAD renders also reveal the design of the vanilla Galaxy Tab S9 FE, which is likely to have a smaller 10.9-inch IPS LCD display and will be equipped with the same Exynos 1380 SoC. The vanilla model will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, running on OneUI 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box.

According to the tipster, the Wi-Fi variant of the tablet will come with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, and it will be priced at Rs 63,000. However, it is important to note that Samsung has not yet officially confirmed the existence of the upcoming FE series tablets. The company has taken measures to update its website and remove the leaked names. Nevertheless, the names can still be seen through a cached version of Samsung's France website.
